This month’s Food Bank and Clothing Closet will also have a Health Fair to prepare families for school! We will have volunteers from Friends for Sight, The U of U Dentistry School, Miracle Ear, the Salt Lake City Health Department, and the Fire Department! We will have limited supplies of backpacks with school supplies and bike helmets. We will need quite a few extra volunteers for this event (especially if you speak Spanish)! The event is 9-11am but please plan to arrive at 8am and stay until 11:45am. If you can volunteer, please contact Betty Kahrs! (betty@southeast.cc)
